Outreach Process

1. We work with you to determine your objectives, target your population and design meaningful questions for the phone survey.

2. You then provide us with a generous list of families you’d like us to survey. We can interview existing or former families. We strongly urge our clients to then contact their families via mail or email, explaining the upcoming survey and that they may be called to participate. This has proven to increase parent receptiveness and the quality of the calls significantly.

3. Next we begin calling parents. Our first attempt is to “schedule” a time that is best for them to talk, however, parents will often speak to us right then. Typically calls last between 20-30 minutes. This portion of the process can take between 1-2 weeks.

4. True To Life provides clients with a detailed reporting system in two forms (1) will be detailed notes from each interview, which are color coded to easily see trends (2) highlights and suggestions for next steps. The entire project is completed within 2 to 3 weeks of the start date.
