How does it work?

Each Snapshot Workshop consists of four Key Stages which participants go through.

Watch
Participants will watch as realistic situations unfold. Throughout the workshop they will watch three-to-four
relevant scenarios, each one addressing another challenge.

Decide
After each scenario, participants will decide what they would do if they were the person in the situation. Divided into teams they discuss their options and determine their game plan.

Experience
First, the Snapshot Team Leader facilitates a brief discussion to check in with the groups and ensure their solutions are on track. Next, each team determines who in their group is ready to try the team's game plan with the Snapshot actors. Then, one group is chosen to supply a volunteer to work through the situation and bring to life their solution to the problem.

Learn
Throughout the workshop participants learn through discussion, demonstration, asking questions, observation, re-direction, problem solving, and expert facilitation.
