A Snapshot Workshop has three main objectives:

1. To improve the quality of the participant’s interpersonal skills – resolving conflicts & communicating effectively with co-workers, customers, or children

2. To allow participants to develop and practice successful work strategies through problem solving, decision making, and teamwork

3. To hone the skills of seasoned staff and introduce those skills to new staff
