We believe that training must match the culture and meet the needs

developed programs that team up trained actors and skilled facilitators
(Creative Connections & Snapshot Workshops). These programs are
crafted with realism, relevance, and humor related specifically to
our client's environment which in turn encourages training to transfer
effectively from the "training room" to the "workplace".
Specifically designed for Schools and Camps we offer a Phone Survey
service called Outreach. This service is invaluable to our clients
who want to determine how their work is being perceived by their staff
and parents. Always with development in mind, our Outreach program
also identifies future training needs, whether operational or interpersonal.
