Leadership Development

Programs will develop skills and awareness such as building a team, supervising staff, managing meetings, and maximizing a leader’s presence and effectiveness.
Undercover Caller
Our Undercover specialists provide a “mystery shopping” experience for our camp clients, helping to evaluate how well the camp team engages with prospective families. Through multiple “hidden” communications, we evaluate the entire customer experience during the sales process; including lead management, follow up, relationship building, articulation of narrative, and conversion. Our detailed, multi-stepped process provides invaluable data and training to camp to help enhance their sales process and results. Included in the Undercover Caller package is a written evaluation of our prospective parent experience, suggestions for improvements, identification of strengths, and a virtual consultation to review results and determine next steps.
Parent Phone Surveys: In-depth conversations producing data driven results
Honest, real and eye opening results that help camps connect with their families and gain unprecedented insight. Our phone surveys give the highest possible degree of anonymity making it ideal for camp parents to feel comfortable and discreet sharing their views and opinions. Together we determine the best questions to help camp reach its specific survey goals. We provide two helpful methods of reporting; a Detailed Report, which captures the unfiltered conversation of each individual parent call and a Highlights & Suggestions Report, which provides data analysis and recommended next steps for camp.
