Think Inside the Bubble

True to Life Training is excited to share our program, “Think Inside the Bubble” with Middle and High Schools. This highly engaging, large group program is designed specifically for students to explore multiple aspects of civility and kindness. Using our team of professional actor-facilitators, we help students traverse the complex landscape of school and friendships. Through scene-work, facilitation, and group participation, “Think Inside the Bubble” encourages 6^th – 12^thgraders to embody the behaviors of creating good character and recognize the impact of their daily interactions.

IT IS MY PLACE - School Edition

Based on the principles of our impactful bystander intervention program for college and universities, this foundational learning experience provides Middle and High School students a context for sexual misconduct as it might appear in the life of a teen. Active bystander training lays the groundwork for students to reflect on how they might act or react in situations that might lead to, or be, sexual misconduct or gender bias related interactions. Our team helps teens process the learning and translate it into actionable behaviors to apply in their day-to-day lives. This program will help meet the 6th-12th grade compliance standards for Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972.

We offer a series of professional development workshops designed to help educator’s enhance their impact and effectiveness with students, colleagues, and direct reports. Trainings can address important interpersonal challenges such as power struggles with students, drops in personal motivation, collaboration with coworkers, administrative supervision, performance evaluation, and partnering with parents. These highly engaging, often hysterically funny workshops will improve team function, classroom interactions, and daily job performance for teachers, social workers, therapists, and administrators.
